Read full story Close storyGrowing up I would say I was a Christian, but never truly followed God’s word and had a relationship with him. When I got to college within a month, I felt broken, lonely, and struggled with knowing my purpose. I decided to go to God with my struggles and he changed my life around. I created a relationship with him and he made me feel loved and forgiven. Now I know I have a purpose in life which is to glorify God and do whatever I can to allow others to also experience God’s life changing love.

“I realized that God has a plan for me, and trusting fully in that plan freed me from the pain”
Read full story Close storyI have been God aware my whole life. But for a really long time, I was not living God’s way. And as a result, I was left feeling angry and in pain. And in one of my lowest points, the Lord called me to live His way and spread the word of God with others. I was afraid, but I realized that God has a plan for me, and trusting fully in that plan freed me from the pain and anxiety I was experiencing. I know now that, even though my life will still experience ups and downs, I’ll have a firm foundation in faith, giving all glory to God in everything I do.

Read full story Close storyI grew up in a Catholic household, I feared God, but not in the way we should. I was always afraid to sin or go to hell when I did. Once I got older, I lost my way. I went through life without Jesus Christ in my heart. Although I looked happy on the outside, I always felt miserable and felt like I always got the short end of the stick. In 2023, the worst year of my life, I lost mostly everything and everyone. I felt like I had NOTHING left, like I was NOTHING. I went to therapy but I felt like I had no guidance. I had no purpose in life. then, on the night of November 9th, 2023, I begged Jesus Christ to save me and I clearly heard Him say to cast all my worries onto Him and let Him take care of it. That was it. I finally felt at peace in life once I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I don’t have anxiety or depression anymore. I don’t get panic attacks anymore. I’m more patient and kind. I give more and expect less. I stop being dependent on people for happiness and joy. Everything in my life finally has a purpose and I have a purpose. My purpose is to serve God, glorify Him, and spread the Gospel and the work that Jesus has done for us to everyone! I feel like I have guidance in life. God put me in this life for a reason. Ever since then, I received an abundance amount of blessings from God! Without Him, I am nothing!

Read full story Close storyAround my Junior year of high school, I was really struggling with feeling like the work I was doing was for nothing. I grew up with a passion and love for both football and basketball. I knew I wanted to continue to play football after high school, but I found myself as a backup and bench player. I was frustrated and confused, and I found myself questioning God, wondering why I was in this position and how this dream I had of playing college football was still possible. God helped me change my perspective, and I found purpose through scripture. WHATEVER I do, as long as I am doing it to glorify Jesus and to spread His kingdom, I will have peace knowing I am submitting myself to the plan God has for my life.

Read full story Close storyGod has always been apart of my life, but I started to take my relationship with Him more seriously the same time I started taking soccer seriously. I slowly began to lean more on soccer, chasing after playing time, recognition, and being fulfilled through my sport. College came and I kept chasing after these things, when I reached them I knew it would never be enough. I knew if I kept trying to control all I could, bearing the anxiety alone, I wouldn’t be able to go any further. I realized God truly has a plan or my life and when I try to do things apart from Him the road becomes increasingly difficult. Yet when I do all to glorify Him, the path becomes clear and His light shines bright. I aim to continue to glorify God in all I do, and show others how good He is.
